If initially the department consisted of 10-12 people, after 7 months it already worked with 60-70 people. All the goals were achieved: the department was recruited, the School of Sales, which trained from 5 to 10 people per week, was established and worked successfully. Due to the focus on high requirements to the managers' skills there were only about two sales people left after the school, but they generated the main flow of clients. The goal of tripling the numbers was achieved. Good asset.
