The company had been making sales, but for some reason the department along with the manager left the company. Several co-founders started making sales. Later found out that even though the product was well-known in the market, the team left because "they had already talked to everyone, they didn't see any more sales potential."
Result.
A small team was assembled that in 10 months had at least doubled the partners portfolio in terms of money, and left a great base potential. Then a great strong team was completed, business processes were debugged, and the main divisions within the company were reconfigured and reassembled. The machine worked the way the owners wanted and the way we planned at the start.
